QuestionAnswer
How To build effective relationships? By working for others benefits as well as your own.
Principals? Balance Courage & Consideration See: It's possible to win In such a way that others can Win too. Do: Make deposits in other peoples emotional bank accounts. Get: More "wins" in life and better relationships.
Win-Lose? If you're high on courage and low on consideration, you'll always be trying to get ahead of others or to be better than others. Being Proud.
Lose-Win? Low on courage and high on consideration, you're insecure and not brave enough to stand up for yourself - victim mindset.
Lose-Lose? If you can't win, nobody wins. You get revenge - envy and critizice others and put them down (self as well).
Deposit? Doing something that helps the relationship/friendship.
Withdrawl? Doing something that hurts the relationship/friendship.
