HABIT 7: SHARPEN THE SAW

Stay healthy physically | Your body needs a booster after a specific period of time. Physically refresh can be nutrition, exercise, sleep, etc. |
Cause and affect of physically and emotionally stay healthy | If you don't meet the needs of your body (food, hydration, regular checkups,...), your emotional, mental and spiritual life also suffers. |
Social-Emotional | Your lifestyle and relationships |
Mental | Schoolwork, discussions, meeting, soft/hard skills, etc. |
Spiritual | Service, art, music, nature. |
Sharpen your physical saw | Spoil yourself with a deep little nap, quick exercise, take necessary nutrition if you do not have much time. No matter how busy you are, take a break, your body is not a robot without heart and minded |
Sharpen your social-emotional saw | Come and join yourself to the social, make connections, build strong relationships, take time for yourself, look back and motivate yourself. |
Renew your mind and spirit | Take time to manage your goals/plans wisely, keep track and make sure it won't go bad. |
Sharpen you mental saw | Try to open your mind to new things everyday, keep your relationships going well, keep your mind relax and always willing to learn by little to little |
Sharpen your spiritual saw | Do what you love, being in the present moment, enjoy yourself, pausing all your concerns for a second. Learn how to forgive. |
