PPE stands for what? Personal Protective Equipment
What is considered a medication error? A violation of any of the members 8 rights (wrong person, medication, route, time, dosage, no consent, refusals, no documenting).
If the member refuses to take their medications, is that a medication error? Yes, but not against the CRMA
When opening a package where the medications are not individually wrapped (bottle), how long is that package good for since the date opened? 1 year
