neoplasm | abnormal tissue that grows by more rapid than normal cellular proliferation |

curettage | cleaning; scraping a wound using a spoon-like cutting instrument called a curette; used for debridement |
fulguration | to lighten; use of long high-frequency, electric sparks to destroy tissue; the active electode does not touch the skin |
lupus | any various chronic autoimmune disease characterized by inflammation of the skin and other tissues (lupus=wolf) |
