What does EBA stand for? Emotional Bank Account
What does Win- Loose stand for? Win-loose is when you are high on courage and low on consideration. You want to make sure that you get ahead even if the other person loses
What can you do to make a deposit in some ones EBA? Be kind, Keep promises, Apologize, Forgive,
What is a Loose-Win situation? This happens when you are low on courage and high on consideration. This person generally has a victim mentality.
What is a loose- loose situation This is the mentality that if I go down you are going down with me .
What is a Win-Win or no deal This is where you both win,
Can you make withdrawals without making deposits? NO because you would have a negative balance. It works the same way when you have friends, If you are always leaning on them and talking about yourself then they will eventually pull away.
What are examples of withdraws from some ones emotional bank account? lying to your friend, cheating off your friend, not helping in a group project, standing your friend up and so many more.
If your friend shares something in confidence should it stay there? yes
Should you just give your friend money every week to keep a friendship? No, you need to figure out what is an emotional deposit that the need from you.
