Habit 4: think win-win

win-lose high on courage, low in consideration; you can't win unless other people lose.
lose-win low on courage, high on consideration; you are insecure and may tend to have victim mentality.
lose-lose low courage, low consideration; if you can't win then nobody else gets to win.
win-win high courage and high consideration; help others feel good which makes you feel good too.
Which matrix should we aim to be in? win-win or no deal; balancing courage and consideration for others.
What does it mean to make emotional deposits for others? It means finding out what things benefit others, and taking action on those benefits by actively initiating them for/to them. This is making a deposit into others emotional bank accounts.
What are some basic, easy examples that can help contribute making deposits in others emotional bank accounts? do small acts of kindness, keep promises, keep confidence, be loyal o the absent, set clear expectations, apologize, and forgive.
