Transverse Top to bottom
Sequela A problem resulting from a disease or injury
unremarkable Another way of saying normal
PERRLA Pupils are equal, round, reactive to light and accommodation
TIP Three times daily
QHS At hours of sleep
Percussion To hit something and listen to the resulting sound or feel the resulting vibration
Idiopathic no known specific cause; it just happens
Supportive Care To treat symptoms and make the patient feel better
