what does the trapezius do? Extends neck; elevates, adducts, and rotates scapula
what do your deltoids do? Abducts, flexes, extends, and rotates arm
what does your pectoralis major do? Flexes, adducts, and rotates arm
what do your triceps brachii do? Extends forearm
what do your biceps brachii do? Flexes arm and forearm; supinates (rotates) hand
what does your latissimus dorsi do? Extends, adducts, and rotates arm
what do your abdominal muscles do? Flex and rotate trunk
what does your gluteus medius do? Adducts and rotates thigh
what does your gluteus maximus do? Extends and rotates thigh
what does your sartorius do? Flexes and rotates thigh; flexes leg
