lateral rotation | the rotational movement of the leg when the body is standing erect, the heels of the feet are as close together as possible, and the toes are pointing away from the midline of the body. |
pronation | movement of the wrist when reaching over to pick up a pen from a desk |
triceps brachii | extends the forearm |
