Think Win-Win

QuestionAnswer
What does it mean to think win-lose? You think in a prideful way. You can't win unless someone loses.
What does it mean to think lose-win? Not brave enough to stand up for yourself. You are low on courage and give up easily.
What does it mean to think lose-lose? If you can't win, no one can. You are always wanting revenge.
What does it mean to think win-win? You're ready to walk away before anyone loses.
A kind of deposit that may be something as simple as a smile. Small acts of kindness.
Deposit. If you fail it will bankrupt the EBA faster than anything else. Keep your promises.
Being cautious of what you say about people. Keep confidences.
Be loyal to the absent. If you hear someone badmouthing a friend, speak up.
Set clear expectations. Don't leave things fuzzy, ask for clarification.
If you're in the wrong, admit it. Apologize. Making excuses instead of making things right can create an even bigger withdrawal.
Don't keep hurting yourself the way you were hurt. Forgive people
Rules for making a deposit. 1. A deposit is only a deposit if it is seen as a deposit by the other person. 2. It can take one or more deposits to make up for a withdrawal.
