First Degree Burn - Cool the burn with cool/cold but not ice-cold water or apply cool wet cloths - until pain subsides dry with clean gauze, apply non-stick pad - do not break blisters.
What are the steps to checking an unconscious person? Make sure scene is safe. Put on PPE Ask "Are you okay?" Call 911 - get AED or Check for breathing Check for carotid pulse - no more than 10 seconds Begin CPR if no pulse.
