Diaphysis long shaft of the bone.
Arthritis joint inflammation
Myositis A medical term for muscle inflammation that damages muscle fibers and causes weakness.
Myopathy A general term for a disease of skeletal muscle that causes weakness and other symptoms.
Cephalocele A condition that occurs when part of the brain and central nervous system protrude outside of the skull during development.
Cerebellum The lower part of the brain that controls balance, posture, and fine motor movement
Myelitis An inflammation of the spinal cord.
Myelosis A tumor of the spinal cord, or an abnormal proliferation of bone marrow tissue.
ganglia neuron cell bodies in the peripheral nervous system.

Astigmatism An irregularly shaped cornea that causes light to refract poorly.
Labyrinthitis An inner ear infection that can cause hearing and balance problems.
