Inspectie huid rugzijde Open de luier deels, en inspecteer de huid aan de rugzijde
Buik I Luier los Inspectie: is er een opgezette buik of zichtbare peristaltiek? Auscultatie – naast de navel, beoordeel de darmperistaltiek Percussie: zijn er abnormale dempingen?
Buik II Palpatie (met twee vingers): oriënterende palpatie en palpatie lever en milt Inspectie liezen en genitaal: aanwijzing voor liesbreuk? Inspecteer de huid in het luiergebied, daarna luier weer vastmaken (eventueel door de ouder laten doen)
KNO Inspectie mondholte (kleur en vochtigheid slijmvliezen, spruw?) – benoemen, kan niet op het fantoom uitgevoerd worden Vanaf de leeftijd van drie maanden ook inspectie tonsillen, otoscopie en palpatie lymfeklieren hals (op de toets dit alleen benoemen)
Afronden Bevindingen bespreken, handhygiëne toepassen
