H) hyperkalemia (preexisting) | Renal patient, EKG, serum K level | Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium chloride, albuterol nebulizer, insulin/ glucose, dialysis, diuesis, Kayexalate |
H) hypokalemia | EKG, serum K level | Treat w/ great prudence after careful assessment of the cause. "K can kill." |
