win- Win   Win- Win is essential to you meaningful life. Other people need to win with you.
🗑
Win- Lose   You can't win unless other people lose, which is not what you want working with others. Your low in consideration but high in courage.
🗑
Lose- Win   You don't win because other people step all over you so they can win. You are high in consideration but low in courage.
🗑
Lose- Lose   You don't win because you brought someone with you because you couldn't win and didn't want someone else to win. Your low in both courage and consideration.

Module 12: Make Deposits in Other Peoples Emotional Bank Accounts (EBAs)   Main Point: I can make deposits of kindness and helpfulness into other people's emotional bank accounts. When I do this, it's easier to make new friends and build strong relationships.
🗑
Find out what a deposit is for the other person   Talk and get to know what makes the other person happy and sad so you can deposit happy deposits and not bad ones.
🗑
Deposits   Do small acts of kindness, keep promises, keep confidences, be loyal to the absent, set clear expectations, apologize, forgive.
🗑
Withdraws   Unkind, discourteous, disrespectful, lies, broken promises, broken trust, telling others their secrets, gossiping, backstabbing, arguing, not apologizing, don't hold grudges.
🗑
Rules for Making Deposits   1. A deposit is only a deposit if the other person sees it as one. 2. It can take one or more deposits to make up for one withdraw.
