Active/Rem Sleep -After 90 min. quickly move back through 2 and enter "emergent 1" -Into Rem Sleep: rapid eye movement. -Irregular breathing/Rise in blood pressure and heart rate. -Paradoxical Sleep [Int. aroused/ext.calm] -Most dreaming takes place.
