Win-Win | Thinking Win-Win is essential to your meaningful life. It's a basic principle of successful living: Unless other people win with you, you don't truly win. |
Win-Lose | I'm going to beat you no matter what." If you're high on courage and low on consideration, you're always trying to get ahead of others or be better than other people. You're proud. You can't win unless other people lose. |
Lose-Win | " You say yes too fast, are easily taken advantage of, You have a permanent victim mentality. & you're always looking for sympathy. If you consistently think lose-win, you choose to be a doormat for others. |
Win-Win or No Deal | "We're going to win together." Balancing courage and consideration is the way to help others feel good and for you to feel good too. |
Made deposits in other peoples emotional bank accounts | I can make deposits of kindness and helpfulness into other people's Emotional Bank Accounts. When I do this, it's easier to make new friends and build strong relationships. |
Find Out What a Deposit Is for the Other Person. | What you think is a deposit for the other person may in fact be a withdrawal in their mind. You won't know unless you find out. |

Apologize. | If you're in the wrong, admit it . An apology is the superglue of life. It can repair just about anything. |
Forgive. | Learn to forgive and to forget so that you don't keep hurting yourself the way you were hurt. |
Rules for Making Deposits | 1. A deposit is only a deposit if the other person sees it as one. 2. It can take one or more deposits to make up for one withdrawal. |
