Symptoms of psychotic disorders

self significant (reference) delusion belief that comments, actions, objects in the environment are being directed at and have a special relevance to oneself
delusions of influence (control) belief that thoughts, feelings or behaviors are being controlled by an external force
delusions of grandure belief that one has exceptional abilities, fame or importance

catatonia marked decrease in responsiveness to external events

affective flattening reduction in intensity of emotional expression.

avolition decrease in self-initiated, purposeful activities (self motivation)

alogia reduction in speech output (content and fluency)

anhedonia decreased ability to experience pleasure from normally enjoyable activities

schizophrenia mental disorder characterised by persistent symptoms of psychosis involving disturbances and disorganisation of thoughts, perceptions, feelings and behaviour.
hallucinations perpetual experience during which the person senses something that is not actually present in reality
