what are differences between a deposit and withdrawal in another person? | deposit-what you put into another person like small acts of kindness, keep promises, keep confidence, loyalty, apologize, forgive. A withdrawal is what people take from you. its healthy to have an even exchange of emotional deposits and withdrawals |
what are two rules for making deposits in emotional bank accounts? | 1. A deposit is only a deposit if the other person sees it as one. 2. It can take one or more deposits to make up for one withdrawal. |
What is a doormat?? | doormat gets nothing out of a situation except for being walked on. if you think lose/win you are a doormat for others. losing is a way of life |
How do you make deposits and avoid withdrawals? | to make deposits do what the other finds valuable. dont waste your time thinking you are making deposits when the person treats it like a withdrawal. If they don't appreciate the act then its a withdrawal for the other person so stop. |
What are key deposits you can make in someone's life? | Try to be understanding. keep your word. be honest. apologize when someone makes mistakes. treat the relationship like it's of value to you. |
