Paradigms of Human Interaction: 1. WIn-Lose | Don't want help from others, always trying to be on top. Think you're better then others, and their work. |
2. Lose-Win | Always getting "stepped" on, very insecure. Bury feelings, get taken advantage of. |
3. Lose-Lose | Can't let anyone win if you aren't winning. Revenge seeking, we all go down, if I'm going down. |
4. Win | Only think of yourself, Do not care if others win as long as you do. Ignores the fact that life is a team sport. |
5. Win-WIn/No Deal | Want both sides to win. Want to work together for a better outcome, and for both sides to be happy. |
Balance Courage with Consideration | People who think Win-Win live by these two principles. |
