Psychodynamic Perspective | the study of the unconscious mind (repressed memories and shameful feelings) |

Humanistic Perspective | the idea that all people are born good, and we chose our behavior through free will (ex: self-actualization = achieving your fullest potential) |
Cognitive Perspective | studies HOW we think, NOT why we think or we behave in certain ways (ex: children are egocentric = they can only view the world from their own perspective) |
