Moratorium | – want to establish a clear sense of identity, but have not done it yet |
Identity achievement | – have gone through an identity crises and resolved it and emerged with a coherent set of values |
Intimacy versus isolation | to be able to share who they are with another person in a close committed relationship |
Generativity versus stagnation | The challenge is to be creative, productive, and nurturant of the next generation |
Ego integrity versus despair | The issue is whether a person will reach wisdom, spiritual tranquility, a sense of wholeness, & acceptance of his or her life |
