Action of bilateral upper fibers of Trapezius | extend the head and neck |
Action of unilateral upper fibers of Trapezius | laterally flex the head and neck to the same side, rotate the head and neck to the opposite side, elevate the scapula, upwardly rotate the scapula |
Action of middle fibers of Trapezius | adduct the scapula, stabilize the scapula |
