III (oculomotor) Sensory Function: None Somatic Motor Function: Four extrinsic eye muscles (medial rectus, superior rectus, inferior rectus, inferior oblique); levator palpebrae superioris muscle (elevates eyelid)
III (oculomotor) Parasympathetic Motor Function: Innervates sphincter pupillae muscle in eye to make pupil constrict; contracts ciliary muscles to make lens of eye more rounded (for near vision).
IV (trochlear) Sensory Function: None Somatic Motor Function: Superior oblique eye muscle Parasympathetic Function: None
