Muscular | Powers and directs movement, provides heat |
Nervous | Regulates homeostatic, sensing changes, sending signals to effectors |
Endocrine | Regulates homeostasis by secreting signaling hormones' that travel through internal environment |
Cardiovascular | Maintains internal constancy by transporting nutrients. water, oxygen, wastes and other materials. |
lymphatic | maintains constant fluid pressure by draining excess fluid from tissues, recycling it to the bloodstream. |
immune | defends internal environment again harmful agents. |
respiratory | maintains stable 02 and co2 levels in the body, by exchanging these gases between external and internal environments. |
Digestive | maintain relatively constant nutrient level in the body by digesting food and absorbing nutrients |
