Question | Answer |
---|---|
Repolaration | when the potassium goes out |
P Wave | atrial depolarization cells in SA nodes; signal for contraction for atrial node no p signal no contraction |
QRS | ventricular depolarization; produces a bigger signal for the contraction of ventricles |
T Wave | ventricular repolarization; the rest button |
PR Interval | allows atria to contract before ventricles can't be too short or too long so the heart doesn't have to overwork |
QRS interval | needs to be a quick signal |
QT interval | how long it takes to signal and reset signal (how fast the heart rate can go) |
Normal heart rate | 60-100 |
Sinus bradycadia | less than 60 |
Sinus Tachycardia | more than 100 |
