Semen | a mixture of the secretions of the testes, seminal vessels, prostate, and bulbourethral glands discharged from the male urethra during orgasm |
aspermia | inability to secrete or ejaculate sperm |
mucopurulent discharge | drainage of mucus and pus |
anorchism | absence of one or both testes |
epididymitis | inflammation of the epididymis |
