Gluteus Maximus Origin: Posterior crest of ilium, sacrum, and coccyx
Gluteus Medius Origin: Lateral ilium below the crest
Gluteus Minimus Origin: Lateral ilium below the gluteus medius
Piriformis Origin: Anterior sacrum, posterior portions of ischium, and obturator foramen
Tensor Fasciae Latae Origin: Anterior Iliac Crest
Rectus Femoris Insertion: Superior aspect of patella, patella tendon to the tibial tuberosity
Iliacus and Psoas Insertion: Lesser Trochanter (2)
Sartorius Insertion: Anterior medial surface of the tibia, below the condyle
Adductor Brevis Insertion: Lower pectineal line of the femur and upper half of the linea aspera
Adductor Longus Insertion: Middle of the linea aspera
Adductor Magnus Insertion: Length of the linea aspera, medial condyloid ridge, adductor tubercle
Gracilis Insertion: Anterior medial surface of the tibia, just below the medial condyle
Biceps Femoris Insertion: Lateral condyle of tibia, head of the fibula
