Term | Definition |

Tibia | The larger, weight-bearing bone of the lower leg. |
Vertebral Column | A series of vertebrae that extend from the skull to the tailbone, providing support and protection for the spinal cord. |
Cervical Vertebrae: | The seven vertebrae of the neck region. |
Lumbar Vertebrae | The five vertebrae of the lower back, which bear the most body weight. |
Clavicle | The collarbone, a slender bone that connects the sternum to the scapula. |
Ulnar | The longer of the two forearm bones, located on the little finger side. |
Phalanges | The bones of the fingers; each finger has three phalanges ;proximal, middle, and distal. |
Patella | The kneecap, a small, flat, triangular bone in front of the knee joint |
Femur | The thigh bone, the longest and strongest bone in the body. |
Axial Skeleton | The central part of the skeleton, which includes the skull, vertebral column, and ribcage. |
