| Cranial Nerve 2 | Sensory. Optic - Vision, Axons of ganglionic cells of retina to thalamus and midbrain, one on R and L |
| Cranial Nerve 3 | Motor. Oculomotor - Extrinsic muscles of the eye (voluntary). Smooth muscle that controls shape of pupil and lens (involuntary). |
| Cranial Nerve 4 | Motor. Trochlear - One muscle that moves the eyeball |
| Cranial Nerve 5 | Both. Trigeminal - Sense:head region. Motor: Muscles of Mastication(temporalis, Masseter, Medial&Lateral pterygoids) |
